This policy is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. It describes our voluntary returns policy at Hoodballers Clothing.
You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Sign in to your account, open the relevant order and click 'Request a return'. Alternatively, write to us at info@hoodballers.com or on Telegram: @hoodballersadmin.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, processing takes 5–10 business days after approval.
For customers in Ukraine: ship via Nova Poshta at your own cost. For international EU orders: return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect cannot be returned.
